Many people wouldn't exactly associate Martyn Madden with the cleaning industry but best know him as playing rugby for Wales and Llanelli Scarlets. Having hung up his boots Martyn decided to set up his own company after returning from the Welsh tour to South Africa in 2002. Martyn said " I was full of ideas and enthusiasm and I have a passion for business and decided to start the contract cleaning company as it was an area I knew a lot about having worked in the cleaning industry when I was younger". In July 2002 MJM Cleaning Maintenance Limited was established.
Our Clients are considered the most important asset to our company and being able to retain them requires a consistency of high level cleaning, reliability and a hands on approach from us and our cleaners, giving our Clients a 24 hour, flexible and adaptable service, catering to their specific needs.
In addition to our extensive range of tailor made packages, we have an area manager looking after the contract cleaning aspect to ensure we deliver and maintain our standards.
One of the major roles in producing a high level standard of service is team work as well as experienced cleaners. This is one of the many qualities that Martyn has transferred from the rugby pitch into the world of business today.
Since MJM Cleaning & Maintenance has been operating, we have gone from strength to strength and now have contracts with many major construction companies and have worked on some well known Welsh landmarks. Take a look! There's some you may recognise.
