Group '. This aspect deals with the purchase of properties
that need work, either internally, externally or both,
renevating them and then re-introducing them onto
the market with a new identity.
We now also deal with service lets,
this is a short term stay from a minimum of three
nights to maybe as long as a fortnight. Service lets
is very much like a stay in a hotel, everything is
provided and if you occupy the property for over three
nights, the cleaners will be sent in to change the
sheets, make the beds and even do the dreaded washing
up. But service lets goes one better than hotels because
you have all this within the privacy of your own apartment.
It really is home from home.
