CHAS - The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme
CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK and is linked with Constructionline which our company has already been awarded.
CHAS has been developed by local government health & safety professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive.
The CHAS scheme provides information about the health and safety systems and competency of the organisations who have been CHAS assessed or are registered as CHAS accredited.
With CHAS Martyn Madden Cleaning Maintenance and all it's cleaners are recognised by our Clients in having the ability, experience and resources to carry out the specific work that is requested and needed by them.
We and our cleaners understand that our Clients have a responsibility to monitor us as a cleaning company providing our services, making sure that we are working safely, in order to protect staff and everyone who may be affected by the work.
